3 - Online testing and continuous assessment
Each sales rep completes online tests directly on the Taktic platform.
These CQM-style assessments allow skills to be evaluated at any time: before activation, at mission start, and throughout field execution.
They provide an objective, comparable measurement of sales capabilities, independent of personal pitch or perception, and enable data-driven decisions during the mission.
Continuous selection and review
Profiles are continuously reassessed. Performance, consistency, and field quality determine their status.
